fauxcaccia

you guys. this BREAD.

it's this Peasant Bread recipe, and it's just glorious. easy, quick to throw together, and gooooooood.

i made it in the bowls once last spring, but opted for the 9x13 pan this time around. oh right, and we didn't have any rosemary, so i sprinkled dried basil on top.

presenting: Fauxcaccia!

 just out of the oven...


...and drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt, because i may have forgotten to eat today, and i couldn't wait for dinner.

NOMNOMNOMNOMNOM!

please, please, PLEASE make this bread. you won't be disappointed!
